Senior Machine Learning Research Engineer (Robotics / Computer Vision)

Location: Warsaw (Hybrid: 5 days in office / month)

Salary: 26000 - 32,000 PLN gross (Employment Contract) + Equity

Contract Type: Employment Contract (eligible for 75% tax-deductible costs / AKUP)

🎯 Your Role in the Team

As a Senior ML Research Engineer, you will join the R&D team, where you will have a real impact on how robots "see" and manipulate objects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Deep Learning in Practice: Developing novel DL approaches and applying them to robotic handling of a vast variety of objects.

• Computer Vision: Working on the robot's "hand and eye" – solving hard problems in perception and manipulation.

• End-to-End Ownership: Leading the process from Research and PoC, through to deployment (models used by physical robots in production).

• Anomaly Detection: Creating solutions to detect errors and anomalies in real-time.

• Data Analysis: Using data to influence strategic decisions and monitoring model performance (detecting data drift).

  
  

✅ We Expect

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in building Machine Learning systems.

• Computer Vision: Strong, practical knowledge of Deep Learning models in the field of computer vision.

• Tech Stack: Advanced knowledge of Python and key libraries (PyTorch/TensorFlow, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).

• Mindset: An engineering approach – a drive to deliver projects to completion (productionisation), not just creating theory.

• Language: Fluent English (the team is international).
