Senior AI Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our team and lead the development of advanced AI solutions that solve real business problems. In this role, you will work closely with data scientists, data engineers, and cloud engineers to design, build, and deploy scalable AI systems in production environments.

Responsibilities

AI Solution Development

• Design and develop agentic systems, machine learning models, and AI algorithms.

• Lead the implementation of scalable AI products aligned with business and user needs.

• Deploy and operate AI/ML solutions in cloud environments (AWS preferred).

• Ensure reliability, performance, and maintainability of AI systems in production.

Data & Model Engineering

• Design and oversee scalable data pipelines across cloud and hybrid environments.

• Lead data preprocessing, ingestion, and transformation activities.

• Establish data quality controls and monitor data drift.

• Guide model training, evaluation, tuning, and performance optimization.

Integration & Deployment

• Integrate AI components into existing systems and workflows.

• Manage production deployments, monitoring, versioning, and maintenance.

Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective AI solutions.

• Maintain clear technical documentation.

• Communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Research & Innovation

• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and best practices.

• Experiment with new approaches to improve existing and future solutions.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.

• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI and ML systems.

• Strong proficiency in Python.

• Experience with agentic frameworks (e.g. LangChain, pydantic-ai, strands, Agent-ai).

• Solid knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

• Experience in NLP, computer vision, or related AI domains.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure or GCP welcome).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience working in cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Azure DevOps).
