We have an opening for a Product Owner!

We are looking to complement our Product team with an additional Product Owner!

Are you an “I-got-this” individual who can help build our platform development pillars based on ground-breaking technology and a passion for the user?

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for:

• Capturing, mapping, and analyzing stakeholder and user needs.
• Translating and communicating stakeholder needs into use cases and Jira stories.
• Defining and prioritizing development within the framework of the Kodiak Hub Product Roadmap — both strategically and tactically.
• Leading systematic product estimations together with the Tech team.
• Collaborating closely with the Tech team within Scrum and agile development methodologies.
• Participating in customer interactions and communication when needed.
• Contributing to the development of product communication material.
• (Nice to have) Experience working with cross-functional teams.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience working as a Product Owner in a SaaS environment.
• Background in Procurement and Spend Management is required.
• Familiarity with contract management functionalities, including invoicing workflows and technologies like NLP/OCR.
• Highly structured with strong attention to detail, while maintaining the ability to think strategically and see the bigger picture.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Brings energy, ownership, and adaptability, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• A naturally ambitious and collaborative relationship builder.
• Fluent in professional English; conversational German is a plus.
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic background.

• Location: Poland (remote or hybrid depending on candidate preference).
• Level: Open to both mid-level and senior Product Owners.
