About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Data Analyst who’s passionate about turning complex data into actionable insights — for both our internal teams and our global end-users.

In this role, you’ll bridge raw data and real-world decisions: optimizing Kodiak Hub’s SaaS platform, shaping our internal analytics landscape, and delivering smart reporting that drives user success.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, working closely with our Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to unlock the full power of data.

What You’ll Do

• Data Exploration: Work with SQL/NoSQL databases to extract, clean, and organize datasets for analysis.

• Insight Support: Assist in generating reports and analyses that help improve internal processes and enhance the end-user experience.

• Dashboard Development: Help build and maintain dashboards in tools like Power BI, Looker, or Tableau to visualize key metrics.

• Platform Analytics: Support the development of analytics features within Kodiak Hub’s SaaS modules, learning how data drives product optimization.

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work alongside Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to understand data needs and deliver helpful insights.

• Cloud Environment: Learn to navigate and analyze data within our cloud-native setup (primarily Azure).

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in working with Azure, Databricks is a plus

• Communicative level, written and verbal English

• Experience with SQL - Python is a plus

• Experience in data related jobs (data modelling, ETL/ELT, Data Management, Data Analysis)

• Experience with data visualization and exploration tools - Power BI is a plus

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with business

• Excellent communication skills

• Effective team player with outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills
