Junior BI Developer
About the role
You’ll work directly with clients as part of international project teams that mix consultants and BI developers. Most of your time goes into building Power BI dashboards and reports, writing SQL to pull and shape data, and setting up data models in Microsoft Fabric. You’ll also need to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Team: About 30 data scientists, BI developers, and engineers working alongside consulting teams on client projects. The team has expertise in BI, visualization, data engineering, and strategy. We’re part of a larger global Data & AI group with access to a wider professional community.
Your responsibilities
Build Power BI dashboards and reports that support client decision-making
Create and maintain data models, including DAX measures and calculated columns
Write SQL queries to pull data, transform it, and get it ready for reporting
Set up data pipelines, lakehouses, and warehouses in Microsoft Fabric
Work with consultants and other teams to fit your reporting into how the client runs their business
Keep data clean and consistent across reports, and document what you build so others can maintain it
Our requirements
What we’re looking for:
Power BI experience (required)—you should know how to build reports, write basic DAX, and understand data modeling
SQL (required)—comfortable writing queries with joins, aggregations, and some query tuning
Microsoft Fabric (nice to have)—experience with lakehouses, warehouses, data pipelines
