About the Role


As a Process Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting KMD’s business and technology areas by advising on best practices in process work and documentation. You will be part of a dynamic team of 30+ professionals located in Ballerup and Warsaw, known for strong collaboration and high employee satisfaction.


This role also includes taking over responsibilities from a colleague currently on maternity leave, ensuring continuity in key initiatives such as NIS2 implementation, Business Continuity planning, IMS management, and SCRUM facilitation.


You will be working within the framework of KMD’s Integrated Management System (IMS), which unifies compliance with ISO 9001:2015 (quality management) and ISO 27001:2022 (information security) standards. The IMS provides a centralized governance structure, streamlines audit processes, and ensures that all ISO-related information is accessible in one place. It supports continuous improvement, risk management, and quality assurance across the organization.


KMD’s ISO 9001 certification reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality services and solutions that meet customer expectations. The IMS covers all value-creating processes (sales, development, service management), support functions (security, quality, audit, supplier and contract management), and management processes (risk and business continuity management). As part of this role, you will contribute to maintaining and evolving this system, ensuring that KMD continues to meet and exceed international standards.


 Key Responsibilities

 

Process Consulting & Documentation

 

  • Coordinate Quality and Service Management Board meetings

  • Develop and revise policies, processes, and guidelines

  • Conduct compliance checks and follow-ups

  • Support process owners with guidance and training

  • Create awareness and training materials for internal stakeholders

  • Contribute to ISO compliance activities, including management reviews and SharePoint updates 


Project Management Focus

 

  • Lead or support cross-functional projects within the compliance and process domains

  • Coordinate stakeholders and timelines across departments

  • Ensure alignment between process initiatives and strategic goals

  • Drive initiatives such as the NIS2 implementation project, Business Continuity landscape review, and IMS Board planning

  • Facilitate SCRUM practices including sprint planning, retrospectives, and team coordination

  • Maintain tools like the competence matrix and support onboarding of new team members

  • Manage and deliver both large and small-scale projects or complex tasks that require structured execution and follow-through 

 

What We’re Looking For


Required Qualifications:

 

  • Experience with process work and BPMN

  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO certification processes

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

  • Project management and organizational skills

  • Ability to connect the dots and see the big picture

  • Interest in information security and compliance

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Experience working in SCRUM methodology

  • University degree in social sciences or technical disciplines

  • Knowledge of IT security and Power BI

  • Demonstrated interest or experience in project leadership

 

About Group Security at KMD


Group Security at KMD is responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information and systems across the organization. It comprises multiple specialized teams including Information Security Management (ISM) and Cyber Defense Center (CDC) The department works closely with Local Security Managers embedded in strategic business units to ensure compliance and operational resilience.


The Information Security Management team maintains KMD’s ISO 27001 certification and oversees the Integrated Management System (IMS), risk assessments, business continuity, and IT security awareness programs. The team also supports security boards and coordinates audits and security projects.


As part of this role, you will collaborate with these teams and contribute to KMD’s mission of delivering secure and reliable IT services to public and private sector clients.
