You will join the newly formed Cyber Defense Center Team, which is responsible for monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents, as well as penetration testing and red teaming exercises. The team will start with 2 people responsible for the defensive side (positions described in this document) accompanied by 2-3 people responsible for offensive activities (penetration testing/red teaming).
After your morning coffee you will be:
- Detecting and analyzing potential intrusions in real-time and using historical security data
- Responding to detected attacks
- Identifying vulnerabilities & advising on how to remediate them
- Supporting efforts related to building & maintaining security controls in cloud environments
- Looking for automation opportunities to eliminate fewer fun activities and be able to focus more on the interesting ones
We want you in our team if you:
- Have several years of experience related to security events monitoring in SOC
- Have hands-on experience with SIEM/SOAR solutions
- Have general & practical knowledge in IT security matters of various domains and understand common attack vectors
- Are eager to learn new technologies & tools
- Are strong in written & spoken English
- Find it easy to explain complex security issues in simple terms
- Like working as a team player
We are a perfect match if you additionally:
- Have experience with Threat Hunting
- Have experience with Forensic Analysis
- Have experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Sentinel or Microsoft 365 Security tools (e.g. Azure Security Center, Azure Monitor, Windows Defender ATP, Azure Advanced Threat Protection, Office 365 ATP Threat Management, Azure Information Protection, Microsoft Cloud App Security)
- Hold any of the following (or equivalent) certificates: AZ500, MS500, BTL1, GCED, GCDA, GCIA, GMON
