ServiceNow Administrator
We are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator (ITSM, Platform Administration) to join our team and play a key role in maintaining and evolving our ServiceNow ecosystem.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our ServiceNow platform while supporting business-critical processes across a global organization. You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver platform enhancements, maintain operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities
Administer and maintain ServiceNow instances, ensuring platform stability, availability, security, and performance
Configure, customize, and extend ServiceNow capabilities to support business requirements
Provide operational support, investigate issues, and resolve incidents and requests within agreed SLAs
Act as a key point of contact for ServiceNow-related topics, enhancements, and best practices
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective solutions
Support platform upgrades, releases, and version management activities
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to platform usage, processes, and automation
Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration standards, and operational procedures
Monitor platform health and proactively identify opportunities for optimization
Our requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
ServiceNow System Administrator certification
Strong understanding of ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management, and at least two additional ServiceNow modules
Familiarity with databases, web services, and integration standards such as REST, SOAP, SSO, and SAML
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and confident command of English (C1)
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
Experience with HRSD, CSM, App Engine, or Creator Workflows
ITIL certification or practical ITIL knowledge
Experience working in international or distributed teams
Experience with workflow automation and platform integrations
