At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role

Practical knowledge of the operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux), computer networks, and IT hardware
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
Very good command of English, which enables you to communicate freely

Eagerness to grow and learn new technologies
Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve incoming IT requests and daily technical issues, including those related to network infrastructure (PCs, printers, servers, routers), as well as software and hardware
Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade company software and hardware
Manage purchasing, warranties, service responsibilities, and maintenance processes for equipment. Address broken hardware issues, file RMAs, and liaise with external suppliers and IT service providers
Manage purchasing and maintenance of software, licenses, and digital assets for projects (Unity, Unreal, 3D Models, etc.)
Maintain and manage user accounts and system configurations across services such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Dropbox, and Slack
Manage documentation, inventory, and cataloging of hardware and software
Prepare workstations and provide onboarding support for new employees. Write guides and manuals to aid user self-help
Suggest improvements in IT procedures and practices
