  • Solver Optimization & OPAL: Utilize Solvers and OPAL tools to optimize planning processes and enhance decision-making capabilities within the supply chain.
  • Troubleshooting and Continuous Improvement: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues within supply chain planning systems, and continuously work to improve processes and system performance.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor supply chain KPIs, provide insights, and suggest improvements through detailed reporting and analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong background in providing technical and non-technical knowledge transfer and user training throughout the pre-implementation, Go-Live, and post-Go-Live phases.
  • Cost-effective and solution-oriented mindset, with proven ability to identify and implement supply chain solutions that drive operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Proven ability to work independently, with strong project management skills and the ability to provide accurate development/project estimates.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams, including internal departments and external clients/customers.
  • Knowledge and experience with Solvers and OPAL tools are highly preferred.
  • Experience with SAP ERP and SAP APO integration is a significant advantage.
  • In-depth understanding of supply chain processes and methodologies, including demand forecasting, inventory management, production planning, and logistics.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to train, influence, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, think critically, and deliver actionable solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and relevant supply chain planning software tools.

Preferred Skills:
