SAP Stream lead with German

We are looking for highly experienced Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in their respective SAP functional domains to join our client team on a remote basis from Poland. This is a strategic yet hands-on role for professionals with a solid track record in S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects, ready to lead workstreams and deliver tangible business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or co-lead functional workstreams in S/4HANA implementation/transformation projects.
• Own and drive the end-to-end solution design process, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Perform hands-on configuration and actively contribute to the build phase of the project.
• Act as a key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Present solutions and progress updates confidently to internal and client stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure knowledge transfer within the team.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation experience (including design phase).
• Proven track record in a leading or "wing man" role within at least 1–2 S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Currently working in a hands-on functional role and willing to remain hands-on.
• Eager to take on leadership responsibilities, especially if currently acting as a deputy or workstream support.
• Strong presence and communication skills — able to build trust and influence across all levels.

Work Setup:

• Remote from Poland
• Occasional travel may be required depending on project needs.
