Project Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP PM/EAM expert to support the design and alignment of a maintenance solution within an SAP S/4HANA environment. The role focuses on creating a comprehensive functional and technical concept, including enhancements, integrations, and stakeholder alignment.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements in the SAP PM/EAM maintenance domain

• Design end-to-end functional and technical solutions for maintenance processes

• Define and configure SAP PM/EAM customizing

• Prepare structured documentation (functional & customizing concepts)

• Align solutions with key stakeholders and act as a bridge between business and IT

• Deliver clear management-level summaries to support decision-making

• (Optional) Collaborate across adjacent modules (MM, QM, PP, SD)

Deliverables

• Functional solution concept (SAP PM/EAM)

• Customizing concept with detailed configuration list

• Management summary (presentation)

• Milestone alignment and approval documentation

Must-have Requirements

• Strong experience in designing and customizing SAP PM/EAM solutions

• Fluency in German (spoken and written)

• Proven experience working with business stakeholders in maintenance environments

• Ability to translate complex requirements into solution designs and present them at management level

• Experience collaborating closely with development teams

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of additional SAP modules (MM, QM, PP, SD)

• Experience in agile environments (Scrum, SAFe)

• Familiarity with Confluence and JIRA

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
