We are looking for CRM experts who want to grow in Creatio — if you have experience in Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow or other leading systems, we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed in Creatio.

Responsibilities

• Leading business workshops, mapping processes (AS-IS / TO-BE).

• Designing and configuring CRM solutions in Creatio (BPM, workflows, UI, automation).

• Advising clients on CRM best practices and process architecture.

• Collaborating with architects on integrations (REST/SOAP, API, middleware, iPaaS).

• Preparing requirements, design and testing documentation.

• Supporting UAT and post-go-live stabilization.

• Presenting results and recommendations to client management / executives.

• Assisting sales team with demos, case studies, proposals.

• Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to team capability building.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in CRM/ERP implementation projects (consulting or integrator).

• At least 2 full implementation cycles in a consultant or stream lead role.

• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.

• Hands-on experience with CRM configuration and process automation (Creatio, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow).

• Good knowledge of integrations and databases.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills.

• English B2/C1.
