Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation of information systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing complex software development projects, working with cross-functional teams, and driving results in multicultural environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Implementation: Manage the end-to-end implementation of information systems, ensuring alignment with business needs, cost, timelines, and quality.
• Strategic Planning: Propose project strategies, define tasks and deliverables, and oversee quality control processes.
• Team Leadership: Guide project teams, providing clear direction and reviewing deliverables to maintain high standards.
• Risk & Change Management: Conduct risk analysis, manage change control procedures, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Resource Management: Estimate costs, timescales, and resource requirements to ensure project success.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track project performance against plans, monitor costs and resources, and provide regular status reports.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in functional working groups, facilitate meetings, and maintain effective communication across teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in:
• Project management standards and methodologies (Project Scheduling, Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting).
• Managing complex software development projects.
• Performance tracking and reporting methods.
• Using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Microsoft Excel).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in:
• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean Agile).
• Meeting facilitation and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner
• PM² Certification
