As part of Akamai's Cloud Technology Group (CTG), the Cloud Compute team's mission is to be the leading cloud for developers to build powerful, distributed applications. We provide the infrastructure and services that enable developers and enterprises to build next generation applications on Akamai.

Partner with the best

As a Product Manager, you are responsible for developing & advancing a simple, scalable distributed networking experience with Cloud Networking products such as VPC, VLAN, and Cloud Firewall. Through your efforts, you provide a set of highly differentiated solutions in the compute market to drive customer acquisition, customer expansion, and revenue growth.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Gathering and prioritizing feedback from customers & key stakeholders.
• Synthesizing the feedback into business & technical requirements and actionable product insights.
• Defining the product strategy & roadmap that delivers incremental customer value through iterative releases.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams during the product development process to ensure we deliver market-leading product experiences.
• Analyzing product data & trends to understand product adoption & usage.
• Providing subject matter expertise to other product managers, sales/GTM teams, and customers.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Demonstrate an understanding of cloud networking products (VPC, Network Firewall, NAT, etc).
• Be experienced in developing & launching new products and bringing them to market.
• Have experience defining an end-to-end product experience.
• Be passionate about working with customers and finding creative solutions.
• Have experience gathering & synthesizing data to drive decision making.
• Be self-motivated, highly responsible, and have effective communication skills.
