We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer with strong experience in Power Platform. As a key member of our IT team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, customizing, and supporting Dynamics 365 CE solutions while leveraging the Power Platform to drive automation, business process improvements, and integration with other systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy customized Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions to meet business requirements.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing modules.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and design innovative solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform tools.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with third-party systems using web services, APIs, and other integration tools.
- Develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards to enhance the functionality and reporting capabilities of Dynamics 365 CE.
- Manage data migration, data cleansing, and data management activities for Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Dynamics 365 CE applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Work closely with other IT teams to ensure smooth and effective deployment and ongoing support of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform updates, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Provide training and support to end-users, enabling them to effectively use Dynamics 365 CE and related tools.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Proficiency in configuring Dynamics 365 CE modules such as Sales, Service, and Marketing.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE customization using JavaScript, C#, and the Web API.
- Experience in data integration between Dynamics 365 CE and other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, etc.).
- Solid understanding of business processes and how to implement them in Dynamics 365 CE.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365: Fundamentals (MB-910) or equivalent certification.
- Experience with Azure DevOps for application lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with additional Power Platform tools like Power Virtual Agents or AI Builder.
- Understanding of security, permissions, and data privacy best practices within Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
