Digital Business Analyst*

Responsabilities

• You gather, structure, and prioritize business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders

• You translate business needs into technically feasible specifications, including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria

• You evaluate new digital initiatives for feasibility, value, and readiness, considering system integrations and constraints

• You analyze business processes, data flows, and system interactions to inform decisions and highlight trade-offs

• You serve as a bridge between business, project management, and engineering teams, ensuring clarity and alignment

• You identify risks, dependencies, and technical constraints early in the project lifecycle

• You facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to clarify requirements, priorities, and decisions

• You support development and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions meet business goals and quality standards

Expectations

• You have a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

• You bring a minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis within IT-driven or web-based environments and agile delivery setups

• You have a bright understanding of web architectures, APIs, data models, and integrations

• You are familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence, or API documentation platforms

• You have strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively

• You are fluent in English language, both written and verbally
