Project

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support projects within the EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) domain. The person in this role will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering solutions that support critical HSE/ESG applications in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Collaborating closely with the Product Owner and business stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to support informed decision‑making

• Creating and maintaining user stories aligned with business objectives and product vision

• Managing and refining the product backlog in accordance with Agile best practices

• Taking end‑to‑end ownership of delivering application modules, from concept to deployment

• Preparing business cases and tailoring out‑of‑the‑box solutions to meet specific organizational needs

• Engaging with stakeholders across various organizational levels to ensure alignment and transparency

• Working with external vendors, consultants, and system architects to support solution delivery

• Producing comprehensive documentation, including configuration workbooks and process descriptions

• Supporting technical teams with documentation, process clarification, and functional insights

• Participating in initiatives aimed at enhancing user experience and optimizing product usability

• Contributing to release‑management activities and providing post‑release support to ensure solution stability

Expected competences and knowledge

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the IT sector, including hands‑on work as a Business Analyst

• Experience in the EHS / ESG domain; familiarity with platforms such as Intelex or similar solutions is a strong advantage

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and diverse stakeholder groups

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and practical experience applying them in daily work

• Knowledge of ITIL processes and their application in service and operations management

• Ability to develop business cases and conduct detailed business‑process analysis

• Experience working with product backlogs and crafting high‑quality user stories

• Ability to adapt quickly and operate efficiently in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment

• High attention to detail and commitment to producing clear, accurate, and well‑structured documentation

Nice to have

• Experience collaborating within global Agile teams and working in distributed environments

• Understanding of release‑management processes and post‑deployment support workflows

• Background in working with critical business applications, particularly in HSE/ESG domains
