Project

You will be involved in building solutions within the Ads Department that enable advertisers to effectively manage and optimize their advertising investments while maximizing return on investment (ROI). As part of the team, you will contribute to the development of a centralized Retail Media platform that automates campaign execution across a diverse digital ecosystem, including marketplaces and social entertainment channels, in close collaboration with ML Engineering teams.

Joining a newly formed team, you will take part in shaping both the product and the engineering quality standards from the ground up.

Expected competences and knowledge

• 5+ years of professional experience in automated testing, specifically focused on high-traffic web applications.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable, custom test automation frameworks from the ground up.
• Hands-on experience integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) to ensure continuous quality gates.
• High accountability for testing strategy, backend reliability, and the quality of code reviews within the engineering team.
• Strong expertise in API testing, contract verification, and validating backend reliability using tools such as SuperTest, Postman, or JMeter.
• Advanced knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and Node.js, with production-level experience in Cypress and Playwright.
• Practical experience in Unit, Integration, E2E, and Performance testing.
• Mastery of Git and collaborative development workflows.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with MarTech or AdTech platforms (e.g., Ads Managers, analytics dashboards).
• Willingness to mentor and share knowledge within cross-functional teams
