Solution Architect / System Analyst

Salary: 1000 - 1300 PLN net / MD 

Remote: hybrid work (at least one day per week in the office in Gdynia)

Additional information: Willingness to travel and take flights to Amsterdam – collaboration with both Polish and Dutch teams

Project

---

The Solution Architect will play a key role in designing the integration architecture of the planning system a central platform connected to multiple HR and time-tracking systems within the company ecosystem.

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Min. 5 years of experience in IT as a Solution Architect, System Analyst
• Strong understanding of system integration principles, data flow design, and cloud architecture (AWS)
• Previous experience as a developer or solid grasp of software development practices
• Proficiency in UML / BPMN modeling
• Practical experience with API testing, data modeling, and database concepts (SQL)
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication skills  ability to discuss both technical and business aspects
• Analytical mindset and ability to see systems as integrated, evolving ecosystems

 

Responsibilities

• Acting as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring mutual understanding and effective cooperation
• Designing and documenting system integrations, data flows, and interfaces between our system and other enterprise systems
• Translating business needs into clear, actionable analytical and technical documentation (AS-IS, TO-BE, data flow diagrams, use cases)
• Ensuring consistency and scalability of integration architecture within the defined Client technology standards
• Collaborating closely with the Product Owner supporting backlog definition, prioritization, and solution alignment with business goals
• Reviewing and validating delivered solutions to confirm alignment with initial assumptions and system design
• Supporting testing, troubleshooting, and validation of integrations
• Facilitating effective communication between distributed technical and business teams
• Contributing to continuous improvement of integration and documentation standards
