Service Transition Management / Transition Lead

Salary: 800 - 1000 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdańsk (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on Service Transition Management within the BCCM RRP function, overseeing the sustainable handover of programme deliveries into BAU. The project ensures that impacted Business Areas and Group Functions are prepared to receive, implement, and anchor delivered changes and enhancements in the line organisation.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Drive transition activities for deliveries moved into the line organisation
• Execute project retrospectives and drive follow-up actions
• Establish post-transition monitoring controls and governance
• Monitor post-transition activities, including follow-up on provided FTE and run cost usage
• Recommend transitioned projects for perpetual run cost transfer
• Drive and review biweekly progress reporting
• Plan and maintain STM milestones
• Maintain and update the STM approach, playbook, handbook, and templates

Expected competences and knowledge

• Experience working with complex stakeholder landscapes
• Understanding of banking and/or IT operations and processes
• Knowledge of change management and organisational design
• Ability to support project managers in running the Service Transition Management function
• Experience in anchoring transitioned deliverables in the line organisation to ensure sustained risk reduction
