Project
As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a key role in designing intuitive, user‑friendly tools that help global customers navigate complex construction data, visualize project progress, and coordinate multidisciplinary work. Your work will directly support the broader goal of increasing sustainability and transparency within the construction and building industry.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience designing production‑ready digital products (web and mobile)
- Strong portfolio with case studies demonstrating design process and impact

Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto layout, prototypes)
- Hands‑on experience using AI tools within UX/UI design workflows
- Experience collaborating closely with development teams (web and mobile)
- Ability to independently lead the full UX/UI design process end to end
- Strong understanding of modern UX/UI and product design methodologies
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas and decisions in English
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model
Key responsibilites:
- Designing UX/UI solutions for web and mobile products

Creating user flows, wireframes, interfaces, and high‑fidelity prototypes
- Leveraging AI tools across research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and validation
- Designing and optimizing AI‑supported UX/UI workflows to improve speed and quality
- Building, maintaining, or evolving design systems
- Collaborating with development teams and participating in user research activities
- Iteratively improving products based on user feedback, data, and insights
- Supporting team efficiency and design quality through AI‑enabled processes
