As a Test Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in improving product quality and streamlining processes through automation.

Your main responsibilities

• Analyzing of user stories of each sprint & creating test scenarios and preparing test data & test cases
• Implementing automated test cases in collaboration with developers, product owners, and business experts
• Reducing manual testing by automating repetitive tasks
• Collecting and managing test data essential for testing processes
• Monitoring, debugging, and documenting test outcomes
• Actively enhancing test coverage through automation
• Engaging in all stages of the testing process, including occasional manual testing
• Handling Daily scrum calls with stakeholders
• Collaborating with scrum master, developers, and product owner for analysing requirements, scope of the project and risk involved
• Coordinating all integration testing activities, go-live and post go-live actions
• Constantly improving competences in test automation

Expected competences and knowledge

• +5 years of IT experience
• General testing knowledge to the level of ISTQB Foundation Level
• Good English both in writing and speaking
• Good proficiency in automation testing using Java 11, Spring Boot
• Knowledge of GUI and API manual and automation of windows based applications
• Good knowledge of creating BDD test framework from scratch
• Familiar with release management
• Good knowledge of Selenium
• Knowledge of API testing practices
• Good SQL proficiency
• Knowledge of performance testing tools 
• Fluent in using GIT
• Knowledge of Docker
• Experience with continuous integration tools like Bamboo or Jenkins
• Basic knowledge of Spark and Apache Kafka will be an asset
