Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the software testing and effective leader, communicator & problem solver
• Establishing goals, communicating them to team members, and assessing their progress toward them.
• Oversee the planning, design, execution, and reporting of tests to ensure that software meets quality standards and is free from errors or defects
• Collaborating with other stakeholders, such as developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure that testing aligns with project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• EDI and Sterling integrator experience.
• 10+ yrs of experience in Quality Engineering / Assurance with at least 4+ years of experience in the Test Automation.
• Extensive experience in Test Management.
• Test planning & Strategizing.
• Experience in Agile delivery model.
• Requirement analysis.
• Test Design & Execution.
• Defect Management.
• Test progress reporting (Daily, weekly, End of Test Report).
• Test Automation (Automation framework, Java-Selenium, etc.)
• Proficient in using Jira, Confluence.
• Test process and test maturity optimization.
• Stakeholder Management.
• Problem solving skills, independently manage test team and people management. Go-getter attitude.
• Very good communication skills in English.
• Experience in coordinating offshore/nearshore teams.
