Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on building and continuously improving test automation and quality assurance practices within a large-scale, international environment.
The project operates in a cross-country setup and aims to integrate test automation as a core element of the continuous delivery pipeline, ensuring high quality and reliability of financial systems.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Provide leadership, training and mentoring in the area of test automation

• Design, refine and implement a test automation approach, including roadmap, tools, frameworks and standards

• Support functional SMEs in defining and maintaining a high-quality assurance approach

• Implement, maintain and continuously improve test automation frameworks

• Actively collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines

• Cooperate across workstreams, programmes and the wider organisation as part of Test Automation and QA Communities

• Carry out automation feasibility studies

• Proactively improve test coverage, execution efficiency and automation maturity

• Understand and manage test data dependencies in different testing contexts

• Work effectively in an international, cross-country environment

Expected competences and knowledge

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UI and API test automation

• Minimum 3 years of experience with C# or Java

• Hands-on experience with integration testing

• Strong knowledge of XML and JSON processing

• Practical experience with SQL

• Experience using GIT and JIRA

• Experience working in Agile projects and Continuous Integration environments

• (Nice to have) Experience in the banking or financial domain

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Self-driven, independent and resourceful mindset

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Nice to have: experience with AI agents for coding
