Salary: 160 - 185 PLN net/h + VAT (B2B contract)

Remote: 100% remote (with occasional visits to the Client's office)

Project

We are looking for an experienced SharePoint & Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade collaboration and content management solutions. The role focuses on delivering scalable, secure, and business-driven applications based on Microsoft 365 and Power Platform technologies, supporting process automation, knowledge sharing, and digital workplace initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Power BI
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions aligned with organizational objectives
• Develop and maintain SharePoint and Power Platform solutions supporting collaboration, content management, and process automation
• Document technical designs and provide user training or operational support when required
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing applications

Expected competences and knowledge

• Strong experience in developing customized Microsoft Power Apps solutions - min. 6 years
• Proven expertise in canvas and model-driven Power Apps development
• Experience integrating Power Apps with Microsoft technologies such as Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365, as well as SAP systems Proficiency in Power Apps formulas, expressions, and data binding
• Solid understanding of Azure AD, service accounts, server management, and development best practices
• Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting
• Fluency in English (min. B2 level)
• Ability to optimize and troubleshoot Power Apps and SharePoint solutions to ensure performance and user experience
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and AI-driven capabilities
• Nice to have
  • Experience creating data models, workflows, forms, and Power BI reports or dashboards
  • Familiarity with Azure services such as Logic Apps and Azure Functions
  • Experience with large language models (LLMs), Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI Studio
