Senior .NET Developer

Salary: 1000 - 1300 PLN/MD (B2B)

Work model: 100% remote or elastic hybrid form Gdynia (possible 2-4 business trips per year to the office in Poland or Norway)

Project

Development and extension of a custom workflow framework and digital platforms supporting safety, certification, and compliance processes in the maritime and industrial sectors. The project focuses on building scalable, event-driven microservices and modern frontend components, supporting pilot deployments and real-world validation in high-risk operational environments.

Expected competences and knowledge:

• Strong expertise in .NET 8.0 and C# (5 years +) with experience in building scalable, production-ready microservice
• Hands-on experience with frontend development using React.js and/or StencilJS (Web Components)
• Solid understanding of event-driven architectures (Kafka, MassTransit)
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB)
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, incubator-style environment with evolving priorities
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, including production issue resolution
• Experience collaborating directly with customers and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and technical documentation
