Salary: 1000 - 1300 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdańsk (2/3 days per week from the office)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Mainframe Developer to join our dynamic team in the SWIFT Technology Software Development. As a Mainframe Developer, you will play a critical role in the design, development and maintenance of mainframe applications that support our consumer services. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in mainframe technologies to contribute to the success of our financial products.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Developing and implementing improvements in the SWIFT Technology area 
• Collaborating within agile team and ART
• Working with various internal and external stakeholders 

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Proven experience of at least 7 years as a Mainframe Developer, with expertise in COBOL, JCL, CICS and DB2
• Experience with software development life cycle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment

 

Nice-to-have knowledge and experience

• Experience in Java Software development and Kafka is a plus 
• 5+ years of experience in the financial domain, preferably in SWIFT services area
