Job description

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive with strong experience in selling IT services to the Europe market. The ideal candidate is a highly independent, target-driven professional capable of generating leads, pursuing opportunities, and closing deals with mid-size and enterprise customers. This role requires excellent understanding of IT services such as Application Development, QA/Testing, Digital Transformation.

What we offer:



Your role in the team will include


  • Generating new business opportunities in the EU geography through proactive outreach and networking

  • Taking ownership of cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, and first-level opportunity qualification

  • Managing the sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, first level solution pitch. Working along with delivery head for technical guidance on the proposal creation, negotiation, and target closure

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with CXOs, Directors, and senior IT leaders

  • Working closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to create winning proposals and solution decks

  • Achieving quarterly and annual BD targets

  • Conducting market research to understand client challenges, competitive landscape, and technology trends.



We're looking for you if you have


  • 3+ years of experience in IT services sales, with strong exposure to EU clients

  • Proven track record in hunting and closing deals in the EU market

  • Strong understanding of IT services: Application Development, QA & Test Automation, Cloud / Digital / Modernization, and Integrations & Managed Services

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Comfortable working with cross-functional and distributed teams
