HR Business Partner
For our Client – a global leader in the aviation and aerospace industry – we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner.
We are seeking a business-oriented professional who feels confident working closely with senior leaders and has experience operating within complex organizational structures.
Key responsibilities
Providing strategic and operational HR support to leaders and employees in Poland
Translating business strategy and workforce plans into actionable HR initiatives
Supporting managers in performance management, employee development, workforce planning, onboarding, and career path development
Building a culture of trust, engagement, diversity, and inclusion
Advising on employee relations matters and ensuring compliance with Polish labor law
Collaborating with global HR Business Partners, Centers of Expertise, and HR Services teams
Participating in HR transformation projects and the implementation of global HR processes and systems
Ideal candidate profile
Minimum 6 years of experience in HR
Very good knowledge of Polish labor law and HR practices
Experience partnering with business leaders and delivering initiatives that support organizational growth
Experience in change management and cross-functional collaboration
Ability to analyze HR data and manage projects
High level of cultural awareness and ability to work in an international environment
Fluent English
Conditions
Location: hybrid model in Gdańsk (3 days from the office)
Contract type: B2B
Salary: 60–80 PLN/h
