Senior IT Project Manager

Salary: 1000-1150 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Warsaw (at least 1 day per week from the office)

Project

We are looking for an experienced IT Project & Programme Manager to lead the New Recording Platform Programme, ensuring seamless execution and successful business outcomes. This role requires strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills. You will drive strategic initiatives, manage dependencies, and oversee programme deliverables in a transparent and structured manner.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Programme & Deliverables Management – Oversee the successful delivery of the New Recording Platform Programme to achieve key business objectives
• Risk & Issue Management – Identify, mitigate, and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
• Stakeholder Engagement – Align expectations, communicate transparently, and coordinate internal & external stakeholders
• Governance & Reporting – Provide clear and professional governance reporting to Core Technology Steering and other governing bodies
• Change Management – Lead change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and business readiness
• Cross-Team Collaboration – Manage internal and external dependencies between Core Technology and Service Domains

Expected competencies and knowledge

• 7+ years of experience in IT project and programme management
• Proven expertise in Risk & Issue Management, Governance, and Change Management
• Strong Stakeholder Management skills with the ability to interact with senior leadership
• Solid understanding of IT Core Technology, Service Domains, and dependency management
• Experience in governance reporting and structured project execution
• Fluent English (B2+) for professional communication in an international environment
