IT Delivery Manager

We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Delivery Manager to join our team and work closely with our international client in the manufacturing industry, who is undergoing a digital transformation. In this role, you will support the client’s Infrastructure & Operations Team, helping drive agile methodologies, coaching teams, and ensuring seamless project execution.

Your Daily Missions

• Overseeing the end-to-end delivery process for products and services within the organization and assigned platforms.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient execution.
• Monitoring and analyzing delivery performance to identify improvement areas.
• Resolving challenges and conflicts that arise during the delivery cycle.
• Implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Defining and evolving Delivery Management Framework standards in collaboration with the Delivery Management Community.
• Supporting teams in effectively adopting changes and improvements.
• Reporting Flow Metrics to senior management within Infrastructure & Operations.
• Acting as a mentor and coach to agile roles across the department, fostering team development and best practices.
• Coordinating sprint ceremonies, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Facilitating clear communication and collaboration while managing stakeholder relationships.
• Managing strategic initiatives and projects within the Infrastructure & Operations department.

The Essentials We’re Seeking

• 3+ years of experience in delivery management, project management, and agile methodologies.
• Proven experience within an Infrastructure & Operations environment in a matrix organization.
• Knowledge of lean and agile methodologies.
• Background in product management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level.

Nice-to-haves

• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
• Scrum Master certification.
