Senior IT Developer (Angular + Java)

Salary: 1000-1200 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on credit and cash flow portfolio management. The application is a new greenfield project, designed and built from scratch, offering an opportunity to influence architecture, technology choices, and best practices from the very beginning. You’ll collaborate closely with a dedicated business team to deliver high-quality, user-friendly, and efficient financial solutions.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Design, develop, and maintain both frontend (Angular) and backend (Java) components
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and break down requirements into user stories and technical tasks
• Ensure high-quality UI/UX implementation aligned with business goals
• Develop and maintain end-to-end automated tests using Cucumber
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of team practices
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance across the full stack
• Work closely with other developers, testers, and product owners to deliver end-to-end solutions

Expected competences and knowledge

• 5+ years of experience with Angular (TypeScript, RxJS, state management)
• 8+ years of experience with Java (17+) and Spring ecosystem
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservice architecture
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with high communication and collaboration
• Good command of English (spoken and written) for daily communication
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of features end-to-end
