Senior IT Analyst

Salary: 800 - 1050 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on Corporate and Institutional Credit and Collateral Technology. The team adds value by translating business needs into operational and software requirements, and by verifying their validity and priority. As Senior IT Analyst, you’ll play a valuable role in providing customers with the new solutions.You’re dependable, speak up when it matters—even when it’s hard—and you’re committed to lifting others up.

Expected competences and knowledge

• +5 years of experience in IT analysis
• Excellent communication skills, professional level of English – at least C1
• Have strong business and technical background and great analytical skills especially in data analysis
• Have good requirement specification skills (functional and non-functional)
• Knowledge of process modelling and UML & BPMN
• Practical knowledge of SQL
• Experience or knowledge of Data Mapping and solution integration
• Experience of using Jira and Confluence
• Have ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
• Are proactive, structured, detail-oriented and quality driven
• Familiar with Agile way of working and methods (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban)
• Experience in IT analysis in integration projects
• Business knowledge of Credit Risk & Financial Rating with be an advantage

Responsibilities you'll have

• Working with technical requirements specifications (Data analysis, mapping and modelling, solution design)
• Working within IT solutions for automation of Credit Risk, Financial Rating & Analysis (FAR) area
• Cooperating with multiple stakeholders from different countries in alignment with the target picture to enable sustainable solutions
• Eliciting requirements (functional and non-functional) by cooperating with different stakeholders
• Securing requirements traceability during smooth end-to-end development
• Being responsible for requirements documentation and quality improvement
