Join our dynamic team to support the Business Process Enablement service domain, where you will play a key role in aligning and improving IT processes across multiple stakeholders. Your work will help ensure smooth transitions, optimized architectures, and a well-structured approach to system and process enhancement within the organization.

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Advanced skills in process modelling, with the ability to use various tools at a high level
• Experience in cooperating with multiple stakeholders, including business teams architects, developers, and QAs, to ensure alignment with transition and target architecture
• Ability to support initiatives with functional and non-functional requirements elicitation, validation and documentation
• Ability to support, follow and lead discussions as well as conduct detailed analysis on technical topics (e.g. application security, database performance, cloud infrastructure)
• Solid experience discovering, analysing, and documenting complex enterprise IT landscapes
• Proven skills reading and drawing in a clear and comprehensible way enterprise landscape diagrams, sequence diagrams, data flow diagrams, component diagrams, deployment diagrams and other types of diagrams depicting relationships between enterprise components and data
• Expertise in requirements documentation (including use cases) and ensuring ongoing quality improvement
• Ability to support domain architects in updating and refining transition and target architecture documentation
• Demonstrated strong command of English, spoken and written
