Senior Fullstack Developer (Java, React)

Salary: 1000 - 1300 PLN/MD on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (at least 3 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project Structured Loan Manager / Covenant, developed by a Structured Finance team in Poland. The application is a greenfield project that is just starting. There is a close and dedicated business team responsible for delivering requirements. The team works in an Agile setup with a strong focus on collaboration and high communication. 

As a developer, you will work on both backend and frontend development, with responsibility for delivering code as well as a good user experience in the UI. The role also includes breaking down requirements into stories and delivering end-to-end tests.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Developing backend and frontend features within a greenfield application
• Designing and implementing high-quality user experience in the UI
• Collaborating closely with the business team on breaking down requirements into stories
• Implementing application changes and improvements
• Preparing and executing end-to-end tests
• Actively participating in Agile ceremonies and team communication

Expected competences and knowledge

• Java 17+ - minimum 6 years of commercial experience
• Spring Boot - minimum 5 years of experience
• JPA - minimum 5 years of experience
• React - minimum 3 years of experience
• Experience working in Agile teams

Nice to have:

• Selenium
• Liquibase (database versioning)
• Maven
• Cucumber (testing)
