Senior DevOps

Salary: 900-1100 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdańsk, Gdynia or Warsaw (at least 2 days/week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on maintaining and evolving critical integration and deployment environments. As part of the system DevOps team, you’ll handle production-grade deployments and be a key player in operational stability and automation of the platform.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Receive and prepare application packages from development teams

• Deploy applications using internal CI/CD and installation tools across test, pre-prod, and prod environments

• Operate and maintain Oracle WebLogic (WLS), SOA, and OSB clusters

• Support patching, configuration, and tuning of WLS environments for high availability

• Identify and resolve issues across Linux and WLS stacks

• Collaborate closely with developers and testers on debugging and troubleshooting production issues

• Manage code migration and deployments using tools like Bamboo, Jenkins, and Ninjago (internal tool)

• Participate in incident resolution, vulnerability remediation, and system hardening

Expected competences and knowledge

• Solid understanding of CI/CD tools (Bamboo, Jenkins, custom pipelines)

• Hands-on experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes, private cloud)

• Practical knowledge of Oracle WebLogic Server administration in HA setups (12c)

• Experience with SOA/OSB clusters and enterprise Java deployments

• Good understanding of messaging platforms (IBM MQ, Apache Kafka)

• Familiarity with Git, BitBucket, Artifactory, Nexus

• Strong experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, AppDynamics)

• Excellent communication skills in English, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work under pressure
