Project

We are looking for skilled Senior Data Scientists to join our teams working on advanced machine learning projects. Depending on your expertise and seniority, you will focus on one or more of the following areas:

• Neural Networks & Predictive Models: Designing, training, and optimizing large neural network models for scoring, ranking, and recommendation systems.
• Business-Driven ML Solutions: Translating business problems into machine learning solutions, supporting product analytics, and developing decision-support models.
• Decision & Auction Systems: Building algorithms for CPC pricing, ROAS strategy, bid prediction, dynamic pricing, and feedback loops for advanced automated bidding systems.

Expected competences and knowledge

• Strong background in mathematics, statistics, and data science
• Proven commercial experience in ML, neural networks, or algorithmic modeling - min. 5 years
• Experience in production ML environments
• Strong programming skills: Python, SQL, Git
• Experience with orchestration tools (Airflow or similar) and basic Linux knowledge
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with business and product teams
• Ability to decompose complex business problems into data-driven solutions
