Senior Data Interface Consultant

Salary: 1100-1300 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid Warsaw / Gdańsk / Gdynia (2/3 days from the office per week)

Project

We are looking for an experienced consultant to support the standardisation of technical interface design for data products.

As part of our 2030 strategy, the role focuses on driving the standardisation and scaling of how models, schemas, and internal design of data products are developed. This includes supporting the transition towards a data mesh setup to enhance integration practices and standardisation of data across the organisation.

The consultant will actively drive organisational change to move from semi-manual data product development to a more BAU-oriented engineering approach. This includes embedding testing, CI/CD, schema evolution, and technical interface design as natural elements of the development process. The role requires close collaboration with information modellers to evolve ways of working, including requirements management and stronger engineering involvement in the build process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the standardisation of technical interface design for data products, including models, schemas, and internal design
• Support the scaling of data product development in line with the 2030 strategy and data mesh approach
• Enable the transition from semi-manual data product builds to a more BAU-oriented engineering process
• Ensure that testing, CI/CD, schema evolution, and technical interface design are embedded in the development lifecycle
• Work closely with information modellers to evolve ways of working, including requirements management and stronger engineering involvement
• Collaborate with Architecture, as well as technology, governance, and delivery organisations

Requirements:

• Experience in information modelling (logical and physical)
• Experience in implementing and scaling API design and management or similar solutions
• Experience in driving change in processes and organisational culture
