Salary: 900 - 1050 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Engineer to manage an isolated cloud service portfolio and design the secure future integration of this environment with our platforms. This role is critical to ensuring operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and secure data exchange across restricted cloud zones. The ideal candidate combines deep cloud engineering skills with strong security, networking, and integration architecture experience in highly regulated settings. The work will cover documentation, support, maintenance, configuration, service changes, service improvements, incident management and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Ensure operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and secure data exchange across restricted cloud environments
• Design, support, and maintain cloud solutions in highly regulated environments
• Provide technical support, maintenance, and configuration of cloud services and related components
• Manage and implement service changes and continuous service improvements
• Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting activities
• Contribute to and maintain technical and operational documentation
• Collaborate on integration architecture, including secure connectivity and data flows
• Support security and networking requirements aligned with regulatory and compliance standards

Expected competences and knowledge

• Experience with enterprise software management, scripting, and automation to support IT operations
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange, SharePoint, and device management solutions
• Practical experience with virtual desktop and application delivery platforms, such as Azure Virtual Desktop and Citrix
• Experience in automation of operational tasks and process improvements within IT environments
• Solid experience with device lifecycle management, including configuration, compliance, and support
• Experience executing CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) in regulated or controlled environments
• Strong background in technical documentation and service transition or migration activities
• Nice to have familiarity with Helix
