Senior Business Analyst

Salary: 800-1100 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (at least 1 day per week from the office)

Project

---

You will be involved in the project, taking a leading role within the team of Business Analysts. Your responsibilities will include leading the analysis activities, preparing reports, and coordinating with stakeholders.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as you will be coordinating with over 6,000 file share owners. You will be individually contacting users to identify which file shares need to be migrated and planning the migration phases accordingly.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Leading the team of Business Analysts​
• Unifying the file sources​
• Creation and distribution of questionnaires​
• Communicating with stakeholders on daily basis ​
• Preparing weekly and monthly reporting for management ​
• Planning the migration of file shares and communicating with the share owners on planned phases ​
  
• Following up on requests from management/PM

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Working experience with PowerApps
• Experience of working with Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
• Experience working SharePoint trackers
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
