SAP RAR Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting) Consultant to join our Finance team and support the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP Finance solutions with a focus on Revenue Recognition (IFRS15). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and a strong understanding of the interaction between RAR, SD, Hybris Billing, and FI modules.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze customer business processes and requirements.
• Design, configure, and customize SAP solutions, particularly in the RAR module, to meet client needs.
• Deliver and support SAP Finance projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage and prioritize project backlog, proactively identifying risks and change requests.
• Provide end-user training and create relevant documentation.
• Offer post-go-live support and continuously identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional and technical consultants, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
• Stay up to date with the latest SAP developments and best practices, sharing insights with clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a SAP Consultant, with focus on RAR.
• Proven experience in delivering SAP Finance projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Revenue Accounting (IFRS15).
• Expertise in RAR integration with SD, Hybris Billing, or other external applications.
• Deep understanding of FI module, including parallel ledger concepts.
• Hands-on experience using BRF+ as part of RAR implementations.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and propose optimizations.
• Skilled in managing project backlog and prioritizing effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative mindset with outstanding listening skills.
• Fluent in English (business proficiency).
