Project

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Scrum Master with a SAFe Certification to join the project for our banking client. If you have 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in the banking/financial industry, a SAFe certification, and strong expertise in Agile and release management, we want to hear from you. Your ability to communicate effectively, think in processes, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jira and Confluence will be crucial for driving the project’s success.

Expected competences and knowledge

• 4-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in the banking/financial industry
• SAFe certification (Must have)
• Expertise in Scrum/Agile frameworks
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Teams
• Process thinking and improvement mindset
• Strong proficiency in English, with a minimum level of B2+

Responsibilities you'll have

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles
• Guide and support teams through the Agile process, ensuring timely and effective delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and removing obstacles
• Manage and oversee release processes within the Scrum framework
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for tracking progress, managing backlogs, and documentation
• Ensure the smooth functioning of CI/CD pipelines within the team's workflow
