We are looking for a Product Manager (PLM)

Join our team to work with a leading global company specializing in innovative outdoor power products and robotics. As a Product Manager (PLM), you will play a key role in driving digital transformation and shaping Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) strategies to improve efficiency and sustainability. Responsibilities:

• Lead the PLM Cluster (Teamcenter PLM and integrated CAD solutions) within the Application/Solution stream;
• Define, prioritize, and own the Cluster/Product backlog, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic initiatives;
• Engage with global stakeholders, ensuring customer requirements are reflected in delivered solutions;
• Lead and drive Agile/SAFe transformation within the team and across the organization;
• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring a seamless product development lifecycle;
• Act as a visionary leader, making data-driven decisions to enhance PLM capabilities;
• Support business users in adopting new PLM solutions and facilitate change management initiatives;
• Endorse the end-to-end and holistic solution and solution delivery.

We offer a B2B Contract:

• Up to 140 PLN + VAT/hour;
• Initial contract until 30/09/2025 (high probability of extension, based on project needs);
• Fully remote role, with possible travel to Sweden for planning sessions (up to once per quarter);
• Possible project downtime periods (up to 5 weeks in summer and 3 weeks in winter) due to operational freezes.

You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

• 9+ years of general work experience, including strong leadership in digital transformation projects;
• Expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), preferably Teamcenter PLM;
• Ability to define and execute strategic roadmaps for product development;
• Strong communication and leadership skills, inspiring teams and stakeholders;
• Proven ability to work in a multicultural, global environment;
• Experience in agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum) and backlog management;
• Readiness to possible project downtime periods (up to 5 weeks in summer and 3 weeks in winter) due to operational freezes;
• Fluent English (C1) to work seamlessly in an international environment;
• Location in Poland to facilitate collaboration and attendance at occasional team meetings.

Moreover, we appreciate skills in these areas:

• Swedish language skills are a plus;
• SAFe and other certificates relating to offer requirements.
