Description
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager in the area of Monetisation to own the end-to-end strategy and execution of our pricing, packaging, and billing experiences. Reporting to the Head of Product Growth, you will shape how users upgrade, renew, and pay for our product. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—Data & Analytics, multiple Product Teams, User Experience, Marketing, Finance & Legal, and Customer Success—to ensure revenue growth, user satisfaction, and long-term customer value.
Your key responsibilities:
-
Drive monetisation strategy – Develop and iterate on monetisation strategy in collaboration with Product Teams, Marketing, Sales, and Senior Leadership. You will work on plan tiers, feature bundles, and price points based on market insights, user research, and competitive analysis.
-
Optimise upgrade flows – Design in-app and email-based upgrade paths that seamlessly move users from free to paid plans—or from lower-tier to higher-tier plans—enhancing the user experience while maximising revenue. Working with Sales and customer-facing teams to develop efficient upgrade flows.
-
Ensure billing reliability – Oversee the technical and operational aspects of billing, payment gateways, and subscription management. Partner with Product Teams, Retention Dept., and Finance to minimise payment failures, boost transaction success rates, and, in effect, reduce churn.
-
Experiment & iterate – Propose and run A/B tests on packaging changes, pricing adjustments, and new upsell flows. Continuously refine monetisation strategies based on data and user feedback.
-
Key monetisation metrics – Own leading and lagging monetisation metrics and regularly update leadership on revenue performance, experiment outcomes, and key learnings.
Skills we are looking for:
-
Excellent communication – First and foremost, you listen well. You also speak and write about complex topics in a clear and understandable way. You demonstrate excellent Polish language skills and communicative English proficiency to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
-
High agency – You take ownership of situations, proactively overcome obstacles, and find solutions rather than accept limitations. You have a mindset of resourcefulness, persistence, and the belief that one's actions can significantly impact outcomes.
-
Proven experience – You have 3+ years in a product management role (or similar) with a focus on e-commerce, SaaS monetisation, or subscription-based products.
-
Analytical & data-driven orientation – You are comfortable with BI tools, A/B testing frameworks, and revenue analytics; able to interpret complex data to drive decisions.
-
User-focused mindset – You know how to create frictionless upgrade flows and billing processes that are well received by customers while growing the bottom line.
-
Cross-functional collaboration – You are proficient at working with engineering, finance, marketing, and design teams, balancing technical feasibility with business impact.
-
Strategic thinker & doer – You can switch from high-level strategy to hands-on execution, ensuring your initiatives deliver tangible results.
