Lead Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs.
• Define and track key product metrics to measure success.
• Ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Lead and mentor product management team members.
• Drive continuous improvement in product management processes.
• Prepare business documents for end customers, including FAQs, tutorials, presentations, etc.
• Prepare user stories, team features, and feature specifications.
• Conduct supplier API analysis and create requirements.

Technical Skills:

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in product management in the travel area.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Experience with product lifecycle management tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally).
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
• Experience in defining and tracking key product metrics to ensure product success.
• Experience in complex Java projects.
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Background in the travel industry.
