Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdańsk (at least 1 day per week from the office)

Project

---

We are looking for an experienced and certified Scrum Master to support a cross-functional, virtual team with members from Scandinavia, Poland, and India. The team consists of developers, a Product Owner, business analysts/webmasters, testers, and an operator. The team is responsible for maintaining and developing a modern, stable, and compliant intranet platform.

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Certified Scrum Master (SAFe or advanced certification)
• Expertise in facilitating agile practices
• Fluent in English
• Well-structured and excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience working with remote/online teams
• Technical experience and knowledge
• Proven ability to foster collaboration and facilitate agile events
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage impediments and oversee or facilitate process changes

 

Nice to have

• Background in the financial sector
• Experience with scaling agile across an organization
• Familiarity with JIRA

 

Responsibilities you'll have

• Facilitate various Scrum ceremonies and ensure alignment within the team
• Ensure Scrum is properly understood and adhered to, aligning with Scrum theory, practices, and guidelines
• Coach the team in self-organization, cross-functional skill development, and effective communication
• Manage impediments and drive continuous process improvement
