Tech Lead

We’re on the lookout for a Tech Lead who is not only hands-on in backend development but also skilled in managing a small team.

📍 Location: Remote from Poland

🔹 What You’ll Do:

✔ Lead the design, development, and deployment of core features for our SaaS platform

✔ Architect and optimize a microservices backend using FastAPI and Django

✔ Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) and deploy with Kubernetes (GKE, Cloud Run)

✔ Oversee GCP cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance

✔ Work closely with the CTO to execute the product roadmap and technical strategy

✔ Drive Agile methodologies, conduct code reviews, and ensure top coding standards

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

✅ 5+ years of software development experience with a backend focus

✅ FastAPI & Django expertise

✅ Frontend experience (Angular) is a plus

✅ Strong knowledge of microservices, Kubernetes (GKE), and GCP

✅ Experience with CI/CD, GitLab pipelines, and infrastructure as code

✅ Excellent leadership and communication skills

⭐ Nice-to-Have: AI & LLM knowledge, cybersecurity expertise, or experience with AWS/Azure
