Project

We are looking for a Scrum Master with 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years of experience in a SAFe setup, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of Agile principles. Responsibilities include leading Scrum teams, organizing Sprint ceremonies, and supporting team productivity with tools like JIRA and Confluence. SAFe certification and fluency in English are essential.

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, including at least 2 years of experience in a SAFe setup
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Experience with distributed global teams
• Good understanding the Agile mindset and values
• Fluency in spoken and written English language
• Knowledge about iterative and incremental development
• Knowledge about fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
• Knowledge of SAFe supported by certification

 

Responsibilities you'll have

• Leading Scrum team in SAFe setup
• Organize and drive Sprints ceremonies
• Assist Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and planning
• Work to maximize team productivity and remove any impediments that obstruct the Sprint goals
• Support Scrum Team members with the usage of collaboration tools, e.g. JIRA, Kendis, MS Teams, Confluence
