Project

We're looking for an RMD Configuration Specialist to join our client's team, contributing to the optimization and management of relational database systems (RMDS) and driving data-driven solutions within the organization.

What you'll be doing

• Work with database systems, ensuring effective data management and utilization
• Contribute to the development and optimization of relational database solutions
• Support data-driven decision-making through analysis and application of data management principles
• Collaborate on system integrations and data exchange solutions (e.g., Tibco, Kafka)
• Execute tasks with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, aligned with project goals

Expected competences and knowledge

• Strong understanding of database systems, including SQL and Oracle
• Proficiency in relational database management systems (RDBMS)
• Familiarity with data usage and its role within an organization
• Basic understanding of data management as a discipline
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Quick learner with the ability to grasp complex concepts and maintain a broad perspective
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to transform strategic directions into actionable development items
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, milestone-driven, and agile environment
• Good to have experience with Tibco integration solutions, knowledge of web services and message streaming technologies, such as Kafka, Curious mindset
